Stone-Manning was confirmed by a 50-45 vote yesterday, with five Republicans –  Senators Blackburn (R-TN), Cornyn (R-TX), Moran (R-KS), Paul (R-KY), and Tuberville (R-AL) – voting “Not Present.”
