Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf is suing Governor Gretchen Whitmer over her trying to delete all the voting records for the 2020 election before he has a chance to investigate voter fraud allegations in his county, he alleges in a new lawsuit.
In the lawsuit, Sheriff Leaf et. al. allege that there is "massive election fraud, multiple violations of the Michigan Election Code," and other violations of Michigan elections codes. They also allege that Gretchen Whitmer was the brains of the operation, stating:
It is alleged in King et al v. Whitmer et al, 2:20-cv-13134-LVP-RSW, that the multifaceted schemes and artifices implemented by Defendants and their collaborators to defraud resulted in the unlawful counting, or manufacturing, of hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate or purely fictitious ballots.
Further, according to the lawsuit, Whitmer is currently in the process of deleting the voting records for the 2020 election despite Dar Leaf currently investigating voter fraud allegations made to him in affidavits from people coming forward in his county.
The lawsuit states:
4. Numerous complainants, to wit: JADA CHADWICK, GLAORIA PENNINGTON, GERALD PENNINGTON, MICHAEL MCLEAN, MICHELLE GONZALEZ, JOSEPH PETERMAN, YVETTE PETERMAN, have made reports via affidavits to the Barry County Shariff’s Office concerning election fraud, violations of election law, including but not limited to Michigan Election Law Act 116 of 1954 et. seq., in violation of each Barry County resident’s United States constitutional right to vote. (Exhibit 3). Specifically, Dominion machines were used in Barry County, JADA CHADWICK, found it suspicious that the independent candidate had more votes than Joseph Biden at 11 pm on November 3, 2020, and the results changed dramatically overnight, similar to the election fraud that took place detailed in in King et al v. Whitmer et al, 2:20-cv-13134-LVPRSW. Ms. Chadwick presented exhibits of voting machines used in Barry County, and Eaton County, and discovered the Secretary of State has since removed voting machine data and information from its website.
5. Additionally, complainants have reported election fraud, and election law violations, through affidavits throughout the State of Michigan. (Exhibit 4).
You can read the entire lawsuit here, which proves, once again, that the claims of voter fraud are neither "baseless" not going uninvestigated, like the mainstream media constantly claims. Governors should not be deleting voter rolls and voting data in the midst of ongoing voter fraud investigations in their states. If there is no voter fraud, then there is no reason to delete the data before the investigations conclude.
However, the fact Whitmer is deleting voting data in the midst of investigations sure doesn't give her any brownie points. . .

They should be able to track the ballots through the USPS right? Don't they image every piece of mail? Should be easy enough to find out who paid the postage, right?

ReplyDeleteHe's the Sheriff, a Constitutional elected office, and a "sworn" law enforcement officer. Therefore, he should not be suing the AG, Governor of SOS, he should be arresting them!
