California’s energy policies are leading us down the road to economic disaster. But it’ll be more than just Californians who pay. Unfortunately, California’s policies may drag other countries, and the auto industry as a whole, down with it. In the end, modern society cannot sustain itself without the thousands of products made using fossil fuels. And even if it could, slave labor is used to manufacture the green sources of electricity used globally. And no one mentions how destructive the environmental impact renewables have.
