Government Comes For Free Speech
Because the Biden administration is prohibited from interfering with the First Amendment, the Department of Homeland Security has now issued a terrorist advisory system bulletin warning of a statewide "heightened threat environment." The DHS publication's language is so wide that it appears to encompass constitutionally protected free speech.

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas stated that the National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin was fueled by a number of factors, including “an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors” who seek to “exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence.”
The Department of Homeland Security considers any materials, like pamphlets, or viewpoints deemed "anti-government" to be a "threat" to America's national security. However, anti-law enforcement ideas such as those promoted by Antifa and Black Lives Matter are entirely absent from the discussion. Additionally, the bulletin makes no mention of drug gangs operating all across America's open borders.
Vaccine Hesitants Now Terrorists?
The Department of Homeland Security indicates that important variables contributing to the "current heightened threat environment" include knowledge on COVID-19, namely the shot and mask mandates.
The bulletin states:
As COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease nationwide, increased access to commercial and government facilities and the rising number of mass gatherings could provide increased opportunities for individuals looking to commit acts of violence to do so, often with little or no warning. Meanwhile, COVID-19 mitigation measures—particularly COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates—have been used by domestic violent extremists to justify violence since 2020 and could continue to inspire these extremists to target government, healthcare, and academic institutions that they associate with those measures.
Additionally, the Department of Homeland Security classifies those who debate election integrity and voting fraud as threats:
Some domestic violent extremists have continued to advocate for violence in response to false or misleading narratives about unsubstantiated election fraud. The months preceding the upcoming 2022 midterm elections could provide additional opportunities for these extremists and other individuals to call for violence directed at democratic institutions, political candidates, party offices, election events, and election workers.
The First Amendment to the Constitution protects freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, and freedom of conscience. To consider having a peaceful protest or speaking out about vaccination deaths the same thing as domestic terrorism is a direct affront to the U.S. Constitution and a threat to American citizens.
