BREAKING: OFFICIAL WISCONSIN ELECTIONS OFFICE MEMO: Clerks "MUST Take Corrective Action" To MODIFY BALLOTS, More Than 170,000 BALLOTS ILLEGAL

As the Texas Supreme Court lawsuit concerning election fraud gains ground in Washington, D.C., and news drops of Michigan's fraudulent election practices, which include "phantom votes" for Joe Biden given by computer glitches and 174,000 absentee ballots with no voter identification record, shocking information regarding Wisconsin's ballots has now come to light.

On page 2 in a petition for a recount in Wisconsin filed by the Trump Campaign, a memo comes to light where clerks were told to "take corrective action" to modify ballots so they could be counted. This not only violates Wisconsin law, but also makes the ballots susceptible to fraud.

Further, the petition states, also on page 2, that the clerks may use "personal knowledge" to fill in the ballots in addition to voter rolls, so if there's nobody in the system, all a clerk would have had to have done is say "well I know for a fact that _____ lives in ______" and that would be enough justification.

A ballot could have came into Wisconsin with no address or other identification on it, essentially being a completely naked ballot, and then the clerk fills in all the information and, suddenly, it's a legitimate ballot. 

Additionally, tens of thousands of absentee ballots were sent without request for absentee ballots and WITHOUT photo ID requirements, unlike how Wisconsin Law dictates it be done, according to the petition on page 3. This means that a Wisconsin resident could send in an absentee ballot and then go to vote in-person and double vote without any safeguard in place to prevent such actions, since no identification is required other than a name and address to fill out an absentee ballot.

There is no safeguard in place to prevent a double vote between an absentee ballot and an in-person ballot. Essentially, tens of thousands of people may have voted twice. In all, at least 60,000 ballots were either modified by clerks or illegally cast as absentee ballots, as the petition states on page 3. 

But this number is just the low end. In a lawsuit filed by the Trump Campaign, they found that "at least 170,140 absentee ballots were improperly counted as they were issued without the elector having first submitted a written application. . ." So, adding onto the petition, this means tens of thousands of people could have voted twice in the election. Further, it was found for a fact that at least 5,500 votes were "modified" by clerks. This is all found on page 4 of the lawsuit.

In the 2020 election, Biden won in Wisconsin by just 20,608 votes. This means that fraudulent ballots alone are greater than the number of votes won by Biden. Considering the 170,000+ illegal or modified ballots were cast, this means that it is more probable that President Trump REALLY won in Wisconsin.
