Nevada has been one of the states where intense voter fraud arguments and corrupt election dealings have been put on display. Including the most recent lawsuit thrown out on the personal whims of a judge who arbitrarily dismissed thousands of pages of credible witness statements, calling them "inadmissible hearsay."
This is also the state where it is alleged 40,000 Nevada citizens voted twice, and 20,000 Nevadans voted from fake addresses or industrial complexes. In addition to other claims of voter fraud including more than 1,500 alleged dead voters.
But now this may skullduggery change and the truth finally have a REAL day in court, as the Nevada Supreme Court has agreed to not only fast-track a Trump Campaign lawsuit, but is currently accepting new evidence and filings from both sides.

Hardesty, because he congratulated the Nevada Secretary of State for running "'an extraordinarily successful election' during the Supreme Court’s election certification hearing.
Further, the justice who disqualified herself had "a personal relationship with several of the Biden electors."
It seems this could be a very fair trial indeed, with no outright bias toward the Biden Campaign. Hopefully this will be the lawsuit that begins the domino effect and the American people can get the election audit they deserve to investigate and fix the massive voter fraud that has been unfolding before their very eyes and
UPDATE -- The Nevada Supreme Court DENIED to hear the case, citing a failure to prove Justice Russell's smear job of a ruling had a procedural error. Rather than hear the case based on its own merits, they simply rubberstamped a previous judge's work.

ReplyDeleteAs usual, the killer quote is at the end:
"Despite our earlier order asking appellants to identify specific findings with which they take issue, appellants have not pointed to any unsupported factual findings, and we have identified none."
