BREAKING: Homeless Man Saves Cop's Life In Horrifying SCISSORS STABBING During Domestic Dispute In D.C.

A cop who was responding to a domestic dispute was reportedly stabbed multiple times with scissors in Washington D.C. The officer may have died had it not been for the heroic actions of a homeless man on the scene. Both the officer and suspect have not been identified, though the suspect has reportedly been taken into custody.

WUSA 9 has more:

When he got on the scene and approached those involved, a man pulled out a pair of scissors and stabbed the officer multiple times, police said.

A homeless person intervened on behalf of the officer, police said. 

The officer was taken to the hospital for stab wounds to the head and neck. His condition is not known at this time, but we're told he was conscious and breathing when he was put in the ambulance, police said.

This homeless man deserves an award for saving a man's life. The officer doing his job might have died had it not been for the actions of this homeless man. Hopefully he can be identified so he can be rewarded for his selfless actions.

Also, hopefully the police officer will survive the vicious stabbings.
