BREAKING: [VIDEO] Man CAUGHT on tape PAYING PROTESTERS to RIOT

In Cincinnati, police found and arrested a man who was caught on video paying protesters to riot. This is coming on the heels of William Barr and the Associated Press both reporting that FOREIGN ACTORS, Drug Cartels, Antifa, and WHITE SUPREMACISTS are all causing mass destruction and rioting across the country.

William Barr stated:

Unfortunately, with the rioting that is occurring in many of our cities around the country, the voices of peaceful protest are being hijacked by violent radical elements.

Groups of outside radicals and agitators are exploiting the situation to pursue their own separate and violent agenda. 

In many places, it appears the violence is planned, organized, and driven by anarchistic and far left extremists, using Antifa-like tactics, many of whom travel from out of state to promote the violence. 

Additionally, the Associated Press reported that experts tracking the situation have found anarchist symbols and white supremacists and other such associations with known extremist groups in the US.

Further, the Detroit police chief reported that most arrests were from people who didn't even live in the city. And another AP report commented that officials across the country are all blaming different groups for their individual protests, proving they are all attacking at once.

Further, Minnesota's governor commented on reports that DRUG CARTELS are involved in the protests, as NBC News reports:

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said he is aware of unconfirmed reports that gangs of white supremacists are taking advantage of the anarchy unfolding in Minneapolis to create more chaos.

The comment came during an early morning press conference Saturday in which Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and members of the law enforcement community laid out plans for containing the destruction that has spread through much of the Twin Cities. 

When asked by a reporter if Walz was aware of rumors that white supremacists had joined some of the looting he said based on "my suspicions and what I've seen on this, yes."

This video of a man paying protesters to riot is only one of many videos surfacing of strangely dressed people provoking riots. There is also the famed "umbrella man" who destroyed the windows of the AutoZone before other joined him and ultimately set it on fire.
