BREAKING: Justice Roberts TURNS ON PRESIDENT TRUMP, Forcing The Supreme Court To Keep Un-Constitutional DACA Alive

Today, by a margin of 5-4, with Justice Roberts being the deciding vote, the Supreme Court has ruled President Trump cannot end DACA, a program instituted by former President Barack Obama that conservatives argue has led to terrorists being unwittingly let in by the Federal Government. 

WCBS 880 reports:

The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected President Donald Trump’s effort to end legal protections for 650,000 young immigrants, the second stunning election-season rebuke from the court in a week after its ruling that it's illegal to fire people because they're gay or transgender.

For now, the young immigrants retain their protection from deportation and their authorization to work in the United States.

The 5-4 outcome, in which Chief Justice John Roberts and the four liberal justices were in the majority, seems certain to elevate the issue in Trump's campaign...

DACA, or Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals, was a Program instituted by former President Barack Obama that made it impossible to deport any illegal immigrant that came to this country as a child, even if their parents skirted the system.

Conservatives argue the program has led to terrorism happening on American soil, and the Center For Immigration Studies, a conservative anti-illegal-immigration think tank, has highlighted that one such DACA illegal immigrant was involved in an ICE terrorism investigation in 2018.

However, liberals assert that DACA illegal immigrants are harmless and mostly were forced to come to this country with their parents when they were very young. Likewise, many DACA illegal immigrants have stated they view America has their home, since they grew up here.
